CLICK & COLLECT – PICK UP IN STORE
Select the Click & Collect option at the time of payment. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the order is ready for collection.
The pick-up time order is 7 days. If it is not collected within 7 days it will be sent back to the warehouse and a refund will be obtained. To collect the order it is necessary to present an identity card (identity card, passport or driving license) and the order confirmation (withdrawal code), otherwise it will not be possible to collect the purchase. It is possible to delegate a third party to the withdrawal, upon timely communication to the order manager.
PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED
In the event of impossibility or, alternatively, if the package cannot be delivered, it will be automatically returned to Tina s.a.s..
PAYMENTS BY CARD OR BY BANK TRANSFER
Credit cards are accepted with the Mastercard or Visa symbol.
All transactions are encrypted for your security.
The amount will be charged only when the order is shipped. For further information on card purchase, it is advisable to read the Privacy Policy.
If the credit card transaction is authorized, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. The amount will be charged only when the order is shipped. In case of return of one or more items, the amount will be refunded by crediting it on the card. If the credit card transaction is not authorized, the order will be canceled. It is necessary, in that case, to contact the bank or the supplier of your card if you have questions about it.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF RETURN
In case of a return, Tina s.a.s. store will refund the items, net of the return costs, on the credit card used for the initial payment. If the products do not satisfy you can request a return or exchange. The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows.
The customized products being created on explicit customer request and with specific characteristics cannot be refunded for any reason. The purchased goods can be returned within 10 days from the delivery date. Returns made after the indicated deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of Tina s.a.s. store. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
The identification tag must still be attached to the products;
The shipping cost will not be paid in the return, but only the total value of the goods.
To carry out the return procedure or change the size, it is necessary to send an email to customerservice@tinalingerie.com indicating the following information:
- Order ID
- First name
- Surname
- Indicate the reason for the return
- In case of size change, indicate the new size
- Possible notes
Warning
If you receive an email asking you to provide your credit card details or similar information, you need to know that it does not come from Tina s.a.s. store. The store asks for your account data only in response to requests sent by e-mail or telephone or in case of doubts about an order you place. In any case, bank details are never requested by e-mail. Se la merce acquistata presenta difetti, lo store Tina s.a.s. si atterrà a tutte le normative in vigore sulla garanzia. Se il Cliente desidera presentare un reclamo riguardante un evidente difetto del materiale o della fabbricazione nella merce fornita, inclusi i danni da trasporto, il Cliente è pregato di notificare tale evento e restituire, tramite l’apposito Modulo di reso presente nel pacco, direttamente allo store Tina s.a.s.
RESPONSABILITY
In case of violation of the conditions listed so far, the Tina s.a.s. store will be responsible only for losses that constitute a reasonable and foreseeable consequence of these violations.
The same will be considered free from liability for all events to be considered absolutely unpredictable, thus not contemplating the ordinary and diligent control sanctioned by the conditions of sale examined so far.
